It was delivered on time and was appreciated. I felt that the chocolates felt a little stale, and that the candies were too taste specific; for ex. sour skittles and flaming hot cheetos, otherwise it was nice.

My husband, myself and my family have been customers of Vanash for many years. We had always been pleased with the good job they do. This time I got a couple of flower arragements and I love them. I also received a basket with chocolates and candies. I was pleased initially until my daughter (the one that sent them)told me that the chocolates should it been packed in a happy face base. I received them in a basket instead. Other than than I am a satified customer.

This flower shop went all out for me. I personally had a good customer service experience with these people. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and their staff is very "people like" A good example was when I couldn't get anyone too deliver anything to my boyfriend at the last minute when we where having dinner. It was 6:10p.m. and I remembered that Vannash closed at 6:00p.m. and maybe they would still be there and answer. I knew they would be able to help me and they did; even after they had closed they prooved to me that they really take care of their customers. The owner sent at the restaurant where we where a beautiful dark color bouqet and brought a big surprise smile to my boyfriend.
